An article that is sold out can no longer be ordered, due to the unique character of our products. However, you can send an e-mail to info@nooosugar.nl in which you can let us know that you are interested in a certain type of product. If we have the article or a similar article in stock again we will let you know immediately.
The slippers are sometimes slightly smaller than the average size. If you are in doubt, or you take a half-size, order one size larger to be on the safe side. Of course, it is very difficult to judge sizes, because this also depends on the width of your foot and the height of your instep. You can also consult our size chart. Yes, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, or wish to exchange an article, you can do this within 7 working days after delivery with the enclosed pro-forma form. We will then exchange the article for you as soon as possible or refund your payment. Only the purchase price will be refunded. The delivery charges and cost of sending the article back will not be refunded.
