STOCK AND ORDERS

Orders
nooosugar.nl only delivers articles that are in stock. If we no longer stock an article, it is not possible to place an order. However, you can send an e-mail to info@nooosugar.nl, telling us which articles you are interested in. As soon as this article or a similar article is in stock again we will inform you immediately.

Checking the stock
Because we only want to sell exclusive products, we do not purchase them in large quantities. In fact, we only have a very small number of some products. Therefore, when you put an article in the shopping trolley we can not guarantee that the article actually is still in stock. As soon as you decide on payment the stock of the articles you have chosen will be checked. If the article is no longer in stock, it will automatically be taken out of your shopping cart.

 

PAYMENT

All stated prices are inclusive of 19% V.A.T and exclusive of delivery costs.

All orders placed with nooosugar.nl must be paid for before delivery, or paid in cash when collected.

Methods of payment:

iDEAL:
With iDEAL you can pay safely and easily online via your own bank account. When you have chosen iDEAL and selected your own bank, you will automatically be transferred to your online account so that you can make your payment in the usual way. iDEAL is supported by ABN AMRO, ING Bank, Postbank, Rabobank and SNS. You can find more information about iDEAL at www.ideal.nl.

Bank transfer:
If you prefer not to pay online, you can also make your payment by means of a bank transfer from your bank to our bank account.

Cash payments:
If you come to collect the products yourself from our business centre in Amsterdam you can pay cash there.

 

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY

The costs
The delivery costs for the articles you have ordered are automatically calculated in the price. For an order in the Netherlands € 6,75 will be charged for delivery.

The delivery
After your payment has been received we will send your order within 3 working days. The packages are delivered by TNT. After the delivery has been made by TNT you will receive an e-mail with a delivery number which will enable you to follow the package via www.tracktrace.nl.

Not at home?
If a package can not be delivered to you, TNT will leave a message for you. You then have a period of three weeks within which you can collect the package from a nearby post office.
If the period within which you can collect the package has been exceeded, the package will automatically be returned to nooosugar.nl. If, after this period, you wish to have the package delivered again, then you will be charged extra administration and delivery costs which must be paid in advance.

Deliveries outside the Netherlands
Deliveries outside the Netherlands are also possible, but unfortunatly the payment can not yet be done via the website. You can order the article(s) you would like with the normal ordering procedure. When selecting a different country as shipping address than the Netherlands a pop-up will appear with an explanation. The article(s) has now been reserved for you. You will receive an e-mail with the order conformation and the price of the delivery costs based on the TNT standard tariffs for delivery in the country in question, with a signature for receipt. You can pay the total costs of the article(s) and the delivery costs by bank or Paypal. After we have received the payment we will send the article(s) to you within three working days via TNT.

 

RETURN

If, for any reason whatever, you are not entirely happy with an article you have purchased, or wish to exchange an article, you can return it to us within 7 working days after receipt of the article with the enclosed pro-forma form. We will exchange the article as soon as possible or refund the payment. Only the purchase price will be refunded. The delivery charges and return costs will not be refunded.

The purchase price will only be refunded for unused products in their original condition. Our General Conditions apply to all deliveries made by nooosugar.nl. Click here for the General Conditions. Follow the return procedure shown below.

Returning an article:

1.Send an e-mail to nooosugar.nl within 7 working days after delivery of the article.
State in the e-mail the reason for returning the article, the order number and, if applicable, the new size or colour required.

2.You will then receive an e-mail from us with your return number.

3.Write your return number on your pro-forma invoice, which is enclosed with your purchase.

4.Tick the box on the pro-forma invoice for the article that you with to return.

5.Put the pro-forma return form and the article in the original packaging, including, if applicable, the accompanying black/white nooosugar.nl cover and protective filling material. Seal the box securely with sellotape.

6.Send the package within 5 days after receipt of your return number to the following address:
nooosugar.nl, P.O. Box 20628, 1000 NP Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

7.Take the package to the post office. You pay the postage yourself.

Lost packages:
We advise you to send the articles by registered post. If a package that is returned does not get delivered to the nooosugar.nl address, and it appears to be lost, then the customer is responsible.
